Mindfulness Training for

Student Athletes

Fight and smile. Tap into your best self by giving your all and choosing joy every step of the way.

Strong Bodies. Stronger Minds.

There are roughly 8.5 million student athletes in the United States.

In this population that gains droves of young people each year, many are struggling with mental and emotional health.

An overwhelming pressure to succeed. Increasing self-focus. Isolation and disconnection heightened by technology. Student athletes need tools they can rely on to face a new kind of strain.

They’re used to tough physical training. Mindfulness is training for the brain.

In-Person Programming

How it works

In this relationship-driven process, we meet with our partner teams for at least four sessions. We build for them a personalized mindfulness toolbox, which consists of seven formal practices, four informal practices, and four leveling-up tools.

As these relationships evolve, we continue to troubleshoot specific questions and guide teams through the process of turning mindfulness from a buzzword into a daily practice. A profound ripple effect occurs, as athletes gain the ability to consistently show up for themselves and others.
